At the same time, we provide free reference to past similar product cases to help customers plan schemes more intuitively.
After the order is confirmed, the exclusive customer service will follow up the production progress throughout the process, and send the production photos or videos taken in the workshop to customers every week, so that customers can know the product status in real time. If details need to be adjusted during production (such as size fine-tuning, accessory replacement), the R&D team will give the adjustment scheme and impact assessment within 1 working day to avoid delaying the delivery cycle. Before leaving the factory, 2 quality inspectors will conduct a comprehensive inspection and submit a detailed quality inspection report to customers, and arrange logistics only after confirmation, to ensure that the delivered products are consistent with the agreed standards.
After delivery, we will provide detailed installation instructions and video tutorials. If customers encounter problems during installation, technical personnel will provide remote guidance by phone or video. For products with non-human quality problems, they can be returned or exchanged for free within 15 days, and free maintenance services are provided within 1 year (only the cost of replacement parts is charged). In addition, the customer service team will conduct a return visit 3 months after the product is used, collect usage feedback and provide maintenance suggestions, so that customers can use it more at ease.
